THE DECISION
This Wasn't Going to Be
My Story
There was a morning that changed my life forever.

Our family business, Bevilles Jewellers, had been given just 90 days to find $5 million. The weight of the business, our team and my family felt overwhelming. One morning, I collapsed on the floor of my dressing room in tears.
​
Then my young son walked in. He was 7.​ He looked at me and quietly asked, "Mummy, what's wrong?"

As I tried to explain, something shifted inside me.
​​
The only way I can describe it is that it felt like a lioness rose from within me.
​​
I pulled myself up, looked him in the eyes and made a promise.
​
"Sweetie… this is not going to be my story."
​
"Nor is it going to be the story you tell about me for the rest of your life."
​
Nothing around me had changed.​ The circumstances hadn't changed.​ The business hadn't changed.
​
But I had.
​
That single decision led me on a journey to understand how extraordinary results are really created. It changed the way I thought, the way I led and ultimately the direction of my life.

Today, that moment remains the foundation of everything we teach at Complete Success.

Because I've learned that extraordinary results don't begin when life changes. They begin the moment we decide to change.
THE TRANSFORMATION
Rebuilding More Than a Business
One of the defining moments of my career was helping lead the transformation of Bevilles Jewellers, an 80-year-old family business that had entered voluntary administration.
​
Like many leaders facing significant challenges, my first instinct was to work harder, solve more problems and carry more responsibility. But I soon realised that the financial challenges weren't the real problem; they were simply the visible result of something much deeper.
​
The real transformation began when we changed the way we thought.
​
Instead of reacting to circumstances, we created a compelling vision. We simplified what mattered, built stronger leadership, developed a culture of ownership and focused on the disciplined decisions that create long-term success.
​
Over time, the business was transformed from administration into a profitable, purpose-driven organisation before its successful sale for approximately $50 million.
​
People often see the sale as the success story.
​
I don't.
​
The real transformation happened long before the sale.
​
It happened when we changed the way we thought, the way we led and the culture we created.
​
That's where I learned one of the most important principles I teach today: The invisible creates the visible.

Why Complete Success Exists
People often ask me why I created Complete Success.

The truth is, it didn't begin as a business idea.
​
It began with a question I couldn't stop asking.
​
Why do some people create extraordinary results while others, despite working just as hard, remain stuck?
​
That question led me on a decade-long journey of studying leadership, human behaviour, neuroscience, business and personal transformation. I wasn't searching for another strategy; I was searching for a repeatable system that explained how extraordinary results are really created.

Over time, a clear pattern emerged.
​
Lasting success isn't built on one thing.​ It comes from integrating mindset, vision, leadership, practical systems and intentional action.
​
As these principles transformed my own life and proved themselves in real businesses, I knew I couldn't keep those lessons to myself. That became Complete Success.

Today, every workshop, every framework and every program exists for one reason:
